COVID-19 UPDATE

Tenant Union offices will be closed through April 30.   If you have emergency maintenance/repair needs that your landlord won’t address (no heat, no water, etc.):

In Champaign, you can contact  neighborhoodservices@champaignil.gov

In Urbana, you can contact buildingsafety@urbananaillinois.us

There is a moratirum on evictions which means you can't be evicted right now.  However, your obligation to pay rent continues and landlords will be able to evict once the crisis is over.
