Longer time periods apply for any rentals that have a federally backed mortgage or federal rent subsidy.

The office of Off-Campus and Community Living at the University of Illinois (OCCL.illinois.edu) provides services similar to ours for currently enrolled University of Illinois students.  OCCL also has a web site that provides very useful information about tenants' rights and responsibilities in Champaign-Urbana.
